📌 Key Responsibilities
- Call inbound and outbound leads from our campaigns (no cold calling)
- Understand learners’ goals and recommend suitable programs
- Explain pricing, features, and address objections confidently
- Schedule and conduct Zoom/WhatsApp consultations to close high-ticket sales
- Maintain lead tracking in CRM and meet monthly conversion targets
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for feedback and alignment
✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech/Training sales or telesales (high-ticket sales preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi)
- Ability to build trust and deliver consultative selling
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Sheets
- Graduate degree (any discipline). MBA or EdTech experience is a plus
