1. Course Fees & Subscription Services

- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.

- Refunds will be credited only if the request meets our eligibility criteria.

- Once a refund is approved, it will be credited within 7 to the original payment method.
2. Digital Products & Online Content

- Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not provided once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

- If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact our support team for assistance.
3. Event Registrations & Workshops

- Cancellations made 3 Day before the event date are eligible for a partial refund.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this period.

- If an event is canceled by IIQMC, participants will receive a full refund or an option to attend a rescheduled event.
4. Cancellation Requests

- Customers can request cancellations by contacting us at info@iiqmc.com with their order details.

- Refund eligibility will be determined based on the terms outlined in this policy.
5. Processing Time

- Approved refunds will be credited within 7 Days of approval.
