At IIQMC, we strive for 100% satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied or need to cancel for any reason, here’s how the refund process works:

✅ Step 1: Email your refund request to support@iiqmc.org within 3 days of purchase.
✅ Step 2: Mention your full name, course name, payment reference number, and the reason for the refund.
✅ Step 3: Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

🔁 Refund Eligibility:
• Refunds are only applicable if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
• Refunds are not applicable for completed courses, certifications already issued, or downloadable content.
• Any payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

💡 Note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

Redeeming a coupon on IIQMC is quick and easy! Just follow these steps:

✅ Step 1: Go to the course page you want to enroll in.
✅ Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” or “Buy Course” button.
✅ Step 3: On the checkout page, you’ll see a “Have a coupon?” or “Apply Coupon Code” option.
✅ Step 4: Enter your coupon code and click “Apply.”
✅ Step 5: The discount will be automatically applied to your total.

💡 Important Notes:
• Coupons are case-sensitive—type them exactly as given.
• Some coupons may have an expiration date or be valid only for selected courses.
• Only one coupon can be used per transaction.

Making Courses

Changing your account name on IIQMC is simple. Just follow these steps:

✅ Step 1: Log in to your IIQMC account.
✅ Step 2: Go to “My Profile” or “Account Settings.”
✅ Step 3: Click on the Edit icon next to your name.
✅ Step 4: Enter your new name and click “Save Changes.”

💡 Note:
• The name on your certificates and official documents will reflect the updated name only if changed before course completion.
• For any name corrections after certification, you’ll need to email support@iiqmc.org with valid ID proof.

We understand that inboxes can get busy. To unsubscribe from IIQMC emails:

✅ Option 1:
Scroll to the bottom of any IIQMC email and click the “Unsubscribe” link. You’ll be taken to a page where you can confirm your preferences.

✅ Option 2:
Log in to your IIQMC account → Go to “Notification Settings” or “Email Preferences” → Uncheck the types of emails you no longer wish to receive → Click Save.

💡 Note:
• You can choose to unsubscribe from promotional emails only, while still receiving important updates like course alerts, certificates, and exam info.
• It may take up to 48 hours for changes to take full effect.

You can change your IIQMC password at any time by following these steps:

✅ Step 1: Log in to your IIQMC account.
✅ Step 2: Go to “Account Settings” or “My Profile.”
✅ Step 3: Click on “Change Password.”
✅ Step 4: Enter your current password, then your new password, and click “Save” or “Update.”

💡 Forgot your current password?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page. Enter your registered email, and we’ll send you a password reset link.

🔒 Tips for a strong password:
• Use at least 8 characters
• Include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
• Avoid using easily guessable words like your name or birthdate
