📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Call inbound and outbound leads from our campaigns (no cold calling)
  • Understand learners’ goals and recommend suitable programs
  • Explain pricing, features, and address objections confidently
  • Schedule and conduct Zoom/WhatsApp consultations to close high-ticket sales
  • Maintain lead tracking in CRM and meet monthly conversion targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for feedback and alignment

✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech/Training sales or telesales (high-ticket sales preferred)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi)
  • Ability to build trust and deliver consultative selling
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Sheets
  • Graduate degree (any discipline). MBA or EdTech experience is a plus
